The Process
We offer an end-to-end service for the successful implementation of your solar PV system. Our CEC accredited in-house designers carry out the design, facilitate the grid connection, statutory approvals and applications for available incentives to make the process as simple as possible for our customers.
We also understand the disruptive effects work can have on your business and are flexible about carrying out the installation out of hours for your convenience.
Site Visit
For every proposal we do we undertake a site visit to determine the suitability of a solar PV system for your business. Onsite we’ll ascertain the available space on the roof, it’s structural integrity, slant, orientation, shading along with an inspection of your electrical system.
Proposal
We review your energy bills, analyse your usage and identify your consumption patterns in order to design the most efficient system based on your consumption profile and budget. Our transparent proposal shows the initial outlay, various financial analyses to illustrate the return on investment and also the positive environmental impact a solar PV system would provide.
Installation
All of our installations are carried out in-house by our CEC accredited A-Grade electricians. We don’t use subcontractors and we believe this differentiates us from most of our competitors.
During the installation we collaborate with the distributors and retailers to ensure a seamless connection.
Support
Our customer support is second to none. We pride ourselves on giving you the best service, not just at the time of purchase, but through-out the entire installation and after sales service support. We offer a comprehensive maintenance service, both reactive and proactive, and when paired with our preferred monitoring system we can remotely ensure your system is always working to its full potential.
